IgniteStack provides SEO analysis, website auditing, search performance tracking, and related services. We offer:

  • Comprehensive SEO audits and technical analysis
  • Search Console and Analytics integration (with your permission)
  • Backlink monitoring and index status tracking
  • Performance metrics and recommendations
  • Keyword analysis and competitor insights

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Google API Services

When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, you grant us limited read-only access to fetch SEO data. You agree that:

  • You own or have permission to access the connected Google accounts
  • We will only read data - never modify, delete, or share it with third parties
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • Our use of Google API data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Scrape, spider, or crawl the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree that:

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • You will update payment information to avoid service interruption
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by VooStack and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, SEO data and recommendations are provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of SEO scores or metrics
  • Specific ranking improvements
  • Completeness of backlink data
  • Real-time data from third-party services

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGNITESTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IgniteStack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
